How do I return a product?

Warranty Policy

Login to your Dotbox Account, select My Orders.

Tap on "View" button of the order.

Tap on "Chat" Button, A pop up will appear.

Add Subject and Reason of Return Request in message field.

As soon as you have filled the Online Return Form, We will contact you for confirmation.

Make sure you are following the return policy and if the policy is aplicable your return will be picked up from your doorstep or any other shipping method.

Conditions for Return

  1. The product must be in its original condition, meaning it should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any flaws. For fashion items, you can try them on to check the fit, but they should still be considered unworn. If the product is returned in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
  2. Ensure that the product includes all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
  3. The product should be returned in its original undamaged manufacturer packaging or box. If the product was delivered with an additional layer of packaging, it should be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Please avoid using tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.

    Note: Please remember to include the order number and return tracking number on your return package. This will help avoid any inconvenience or delays in processing your return.
