How do I return a product?

Free & Easy Returns Policy

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please initiate a return request through the Dotbox app or website.

Return Request Timeline

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to raise a return request for all items.

Electronics and Mobile Phones

For issues with electronic appliances and mobile phones that arise after usage or after the return policy period, please check if the product is covered under the seller's warranty or the brand's warranty.

No Return Request will be accepted in any of the case mentioned below.

Damaged or Defective Product

The delivered product is physically destroyed or broken, or it is defective and unable to switch on.

Incomplete Product

The delivered product is missing items and/or accessories.

Incorrect Product

The delivered product is the wrong product, size, or color. It could also be a fake item or expired.

Product Not as Advertised

The delivered product does not match the product description or picture provided at the time of purchase.

Incorrect Fit

The delivered product does not fit as expected. This could be due to an unsuitable size.

Conditions for Return

  1. The product must be in its original condition, meaning it should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any flaws. For fashion items, you can try them on to check the fit, but they should still be considered unworn. If the product is returned in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
  2. Ensure that the product includes all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
  3. The product should be returned in its original undamaged manufacturer packaging or box. If the product was delivered with an additional layer of packaging, it should be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Please avoid using tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.

    Note: Please remember to include the order number and return tracking number on your return package. This will help avoid any inconvenience or delays in processing your return.
