- If the indicator is on but does not work, you can try to pair it again.
- It is very easy to pair it.
- First, Click the TV and OK buttons at the same time, and the indicator will flash,
- Then insert the USB receiver into your Windows PC or Android TV box, and the indicator will stop flashing, so it is paired okay.
- Let’s talk about IR learning, on the bottom of this keyboard have 4 IR learning keys. As some customers respond to us, it does not work correctly. Kindly remember that if you have this problem, pls press the TV + DEL key to reset the keyboard. And then follow the manual to use IR learning.

- 5 buttons could be programmed into your TV remote keys:
- Power button -Locate the top left corner
- 4 colors buttons-Locate the bottom
- IR learning operation as the following steps
- Pointing IR emitters of the TV remote and the air mouse to each other,
- Press and hold the TV key on the remote 4-5s until the LED flash slowly,
- When you see the LED flashing slowly, press the key on your TV remote to learn,
- When the remote receiver the IR signal, the LED will be solid.
- The 5 keys could be learned following the steps 1-4,
- Press the TV button to finish the learning process.
