When returning a product, please make sure it’s in its original manufacturer packaging or box, and that it’s undamaged. If your item came in a second layer of packaging, please return it in the same condition, with the return shipping label attached. Avoid putting tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s box.
Please note that if the product is returned to us in poor condition, we may need to send it back to you.
If your return request doesn’t meet the Dotbox Return Policy conditions, you can claim any available warranty directly from the authorized service center of the brand.
No, ther are not any charges for shipping a product back.

No need to return all the products in your order, you can just return the product you want to return, cost of the product will be evaluated.
